By securing a charter or using our Service, you consent to adhere to these Terms. Should you not agree with any portion of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Service.

2. Service Overview

NeutralResourceVault offers a range of high-end yacht charter services, including, but not limited to:

• Daily yacht rentals
• Sunset cruises
• Corporate retreats
• Private events
• Multi-day charters

All offerings are contingent upon availability and favorable weather circumstances. We maintain the authority to change or discontinue our services at any moment.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To secure a yacht charter, you are required to:

• Have a minimum age of 18 years
• Furnish truthful and comprehensive details
• Complete the necessary deposit payment as indicated in your booking confirmation
• Accept the stipulations of these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your booking only happens after payment has been received and we have provided written verification. We possess the right to decline service to anyone at our own discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter reservations are subject to the availability of the vessel and suitable weather conditions. We will strive to accommodate your requested dates and timings to the best of our ability.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All price quotations are expressed in € and include all applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: Half the full charter amount due upon reservation
• Balance: Payable 48 hours before the departure of the charter
• Incidental expenses (if applicable): Billed after the charter concludes

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and bank-certified cheques. All payments are processed using secure, encrypted methods.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• If canceled more than 72 hours in advance: Full refund minus administrative costs
• Cancellation between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure: Partial refund of 50%
• Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In the case that unsafe weather is declared by our captain, we can:

• Arrange another date for your charter without additional charges
• Issue a complete refund if rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If there are mechanical issues with the vessel reserved for you, we will endeavor to provide an appropriate substitute. If replacing the vessel is not possible, a full reimbursement will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

Passengers are required to:

• Comply with all directions given by the crew
• Use the safety gear provided when necessary
• Inform of any health conditions that could impact their safety
• Stay within the designated areas on the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

Items forbidden on the vessel include:

• Glass containers
• Illegal drugs
• Firearms or other weapons
• Pets (unless given prior approval)

6.3 Conduct

Guest behavior should be respectful at all times. Should the conduct of any passenger create a safety hazard or interfere with others’ enjoyment, we hold the right to end the charter immediately and without a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our liability is confined to the charter fee paid. We are free from accountability for:

• Injuries occurring due to passenger carelessness
• Theft or harm to personal belongings
• Indirect or consequential losses, or punitive damages
• Delays due to weather or other situations we cannot control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We hold comprehensive marine insurance that protects our vessels and business operations. Passengers should ensure they possess necessary travel and personal insurance coverage.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Participating in our charter service signifies your admission that marine activities come with inherent risks, for which you voluntarily assume all responsibility for your own safety and health.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We hold the right to revise itineraries, pathways, or timetables dependent on weather, safety considerations, or operational needs. We will do our best to offer comparable alternative options.

9. Force Majeure

We are not answerable for any hold-ups, cancelations, or changes due to events outside our control, extending to, but not limited to:

• Extreme weather situations
• Natural phenomena
• Regulatory actions
• Port closures
• Vessel malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal details are handled respecting our Privacy Policy. By engaging with our services, you consent to the compilation and usage of your details as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

Our website's content, including text, visuals, logos, and imagery, is safeguarded by copyright and trademark regulations. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without our formal authorization.

12. Governing Law

The applicable laws of Spain govern these Terms. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

13. Changes to Terms
